Robert Wright, the owner of Sierra Boulder, a trusted wholesale rock company, has always been driven by a deep love for nature and the outdoors. From a young age, he was captivated by nature, often found collecting rocks and critters in his grandmother’s Half Moon Bay backyard. His love for the outdoors has only grown, from the Sierra Nevada to the Pacific Coast, always stopping to appreciate nature’s beauty.
The Start of Sierra Boulder
In 1994, while hiking in the Sierra’s, Robert discovered a unique rock that sparked the creation of Sierra Boulder. Soon they had a truck and crane, he set out to turn his passion into a thriving business, building lasting relationships with clients who have become lifelong friends.
